摘    要:采用高能球磨法,在SiCp表面上部分包覆TiO2,再通过液态搅拌法,制备了SiCp/6066复合材料.利用X射线衍射分析及SEM能谱分析,测定了SiCp与TiO2粉末的混合情况,采用光学显微镜观察了材料铸态下的显微组织.结果表明,高能球磨可以使TiO2部分包覆SiCp,并有利于SiCp在铝液中分散,SiCp/6066合金铸态时的强度有显著提高.但固/液界面前热力场分布、冷却速度等因素对SiCp颗粒在合金中最终分布情况有很大影响.

Abstract: The 6066 aluminum alloy reinforced with SiCp coated with TiO2 powder by high-energy ball millingwas prepared through liquid fabrication processing. The mixed powder was measured and analyzed by X-ray and SEM, and the microstructure of experimental materials in the as-cast state was observed by optical microscopy. The results showed that the SiCp could be partly coatedwithTiO2, and such coatings improved the distribution of SiCp during the melting of composites. Other factors, such as the cooling rate, also had great influence on the distribution of SiCp. The tensile strength of SiCp/6066 MMC increases obviously in the as-cast state.
