摘    要:基于虚拟电感技术研发一种工业毫米级管道新型电容耦合式非接触电导测量传感器。虚拟电感基于Riordan电路研制,相应的工业型C4D传感器基于串联谐振原理实现电导测量,并采用特殊的屏蔽罩结构屏蔽工业干扰。研究结果表明,所研制的虚拟电感与实际电感相比,具有内阻小和电感可调等优点。在内径为1.80 mm的管道内进行电导测量实验,结果表明,所研发的工业型C4D传感器是可行的和有效的,可用于实际工业毫米级管道流体的电导率在线测量。

Abstract: Based on simulated inductor technique, a new Capacitively Coupled Contactless Conductivity Detection (C4D) sensor which is suitable for industrial conductivity measurement in millimeter-scale pipes was developed. The simulated inductor is on the basis of the basic Riordan circuit. The corresponding industrial C4D sensor was implemented to conductivity measurement by series resonance principle. And a specific shield configuration was adopted to overcome the interference from the industrial fields. The experimental results indicate that the simulated inductor is successful. Compared with the practical inductor, the simulated inductor has the advantages of low internal resistance and adjustable inductance. As a preliminary research, the conductivity detection experiment is carried out in the pipe with the inner diameter of 1.80 mm. The experimental results show that the corresponding C4D sensor is feasible and effective which can be applied to the industrial conductivity measurement of fluid in millimeter-scale pipes.
