摘 要：本文推导了杨赤中滤波推估法的基本数学工具综合随机与基本变化特征函数——杨赤中函数的理论公式,并对这种推估法具有较宽适应力的原因作了理论性探讨。
Abstract: In this paper, the general form of the theoretical formula of characteristic function for synthetical random and basic variability --Yang Chizong function, which is the fundamental mathematic tool of Yang Chizong filtering prediction method is derived, and the reasons why this method has wide adaptability on prediction are discussed theoretically.
