起泡剂W-02起泡性能的研究

摘    要：本文介绍起泡剂W-02的两相泡沫性质及表面张力,用W-02代替2号油浮选铜录山氧化铜矿,小型开路试验结果表明其效果与2号油相当。在桃林铅锌矿用W-02浮锌连续30个工班业试验,与2号油对比结果,在其它药剂用量相同时,W-02用量为15.65g/t,得锌精矿品位51.16%,作业回收率94.13%,而2号油量则为42.72g/t,得锌精矿品位50.15%,作业回收率94.19%。

Abstract: In this paper the properties of frother W-02 have been described, andits surface tension and frothability have been determined. The single celltest showed the effectiveness of frofher W-02 was as good as that offrother 2 in flotation of oxide copper ores of Tonglushan Mine. Theeffectiveness of frother W-02 in flotation of sphalerite in Taolin Mineconcentration plant was tested, which gave a Zn concentration of 60.51%and a recovery of 89.08%. In the same way, frother 2 gave a Znconcentration of 62.43% and a recovery of 86 .87%. But the onsumption of frother W-02 was 24 g/t, that of frother 2 54 g/t. The plant test for 30 work teams with frother W-02 gave a Zn concentration of 51.16% and arecovery of 94.13%, and that with frother 2 gave a Zn concentration of 50.15% and a recovery of 94.19%. The consumption of frother W-02 was15.65 g/t, and that of frother 2 was 42.71 g/t. Therefore frother W-02 wasbetter than frother 2.
