摘    要:研究了合金元素Sb对Mg-9Al-0.8Zn(AZ91 )基合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Sb加入后改善了合金的铸态组织,使粗大的树枝晶变得更细小、弥散,Sb主要是以弥散的第二相Mg3Sb2的形式分布于基体中。由于该相致密,熔点高,热稳定性好,强化了晶界,使得合金室温和高温力学性能得到一定的改善,尤其使得抗高温蠕变性能大幅度提高,塑性并没有受到明显损害。

Abstract: The effect of antimony additions on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of Mg-9Al-0.8Zn(AZ91) based alloys was studied. The results indicate that the microstructure is modified and the tensile strength of AZ91 based alloy at both ambient and elevated temperature is increased, especially the creep rupture resistance at high temperature is significantly improved by adding small amount of antimony. Although the antimony addition results in decrease of ductility, the reduction is slight. Therefore, the antimony element is a new promising low price metal to expand magnesium alloys to high temperature applications.
