工商用冷冻冷藏压缩机研究进展与展望

摘    要:随着中国经济的高速发展,人民对物质水平的要求越来越高,零售业、食品安全与医药行业等获得高度关注,加速食品保鲜、低温储存与冷链运输等工商用冷冻冷藏领域的发展,推动工商用冷冻冷藏压缩机相关技术的变革。以压缩机种类为划分,调研往复式活塞压缩机、螺杆压缩机、涡旋压缩机与转子压缩机的研究现状,确定各种压缩机结构形式的优缺点,讨论不同机型的适用范围,并从结构设计、热力性能、制冷工质和运行控制等角度总结工商用冷冻冷藏压缩机的现有技术及研究成果。新零售与冷链等领域对工商用冷冻冷藏压缩机提出的更高要求,讨论4种压缩机的当前技术瓶颈和现有产品与市场需求之间的矛盾,从结构改进、能效提升、运行控制及人工智能等方面进行展望,为工商用冷冻冷藏压缩机领域的研究人员、制造厂商和政策制定者提供了参考。

Abstract: With the development of economy in China, people payed more attention to the improvement in living standards. Retailing, food safety and pharmaceuticals industry received high attention, which accelerated the development of commercial and industrial refrigeration field, such as food freshkeeping, cold storage and cold-chain transportation. Hence, technology of refrigeration compressor at low temperature was developing. The refrigeration compressors for commercial and industrial applications at low temperature were divided into four types, including reciprocating compressor, screw compressor, scroll compressor and rotary compressor respectively. These four types of compressors were investigated from the viewpoints of research status, which was helpful to determine the advantages and application of each compressor. The relative technology and results of these four types of compressors were summarized from the perspectives of structural design, thermal performance, working fluids and operation. Furthermore, based on the high requirement of new retail and cold chain, the technical difficulties and contradiction between the existing products and the market demand were presented. An outlook from the perspectives of structure improvement, efficiency improvement, operation and artificial intelligence was presented, which provided reference for researchers, manufacturers and policy makers in the field of refrigeration compressor at low temperature for commercial and commercial applications.
