摘    要：在我国有色金属工业飞速发展的大背景下,全面落实科学发展观,深入分析有色金属工业的新形势,探究行业安全生产关键问题和突出矛盾。全局统筹,重点突破,提出可全面推进有色金属工业安全生产工作的建议,以期加速有色金属工业"全面协调可持续发展"的实现。

Abstract: Under the background of the rapid development of China’s non-ferrous metals industry,for comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development,the new situation of non-ferrous metals industry is deeply analyzed,the key issues and prominent contradictions of the safety in production are explored.Overall coordination and major breakthroughs,the suggestion of fully promoting the safety production of the non-ferrous metal industry is put forward,in order to accelerate the realization of the comprehensive,harmonious and sustainable development of the non-ferrous metal industries.
