CulnS2微米颗粒的液相回流法制备、表征与工艺优化

摘    要:以三乙烯四胺和乙二醇(1:1,体积比)为混合溶剂,在常压下于200 ℃反应2 h,由液相回流法合成了CuInS2微米颗粒。用XRD、SEM、EDS和 UV-Vis spectra技术分别表征产物的物相、形貌、组分以及光学特性。结果表明:所合成的产物为纯相黄铜矿结构CuInS2微米颗粒,结晶度良好,满足化学计量比,光学禁带宽度为1.43 eV。反应温度对产物的物相影响较大,而对形貌的影响较小;反应温度为200 ℃时,CuInS2的性能最佳。反应时间对产物的物相和形貌的影响不大,反应时间达2 h,反应基本完成。

Abstract: With a mixed solvent of triethylenetetramine-ethylene glycol (1:1, v/v), CuInS2 micro-particles were synthesized by an aqueous synthesis method at 200 ℃ for 2h under the open-air condition. The phase constituents, morphology, structure and optical properties of the as-prepared CuInS2 powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectrophotometry. The results show that the synthesized products are chalcopyrite CuInS2 micro-particles, which have single phase, high crystallinity and stoichiometric composition, and their optical energy band gaps is 1.43 eV. The react temperature has a great influence on phase and a little influence on morphology under the experimental condition. CuInS2 has the best property when the react temperature is chosen as 200 ℃. The react time has a little influence both on phase and morphology, the reaction is basically completed when the react time is up to 2 h.
