从含钒浸出液中萃取钒的研究现状

摘 要：综述在不同的介质中用不同的萃取剂萃取钒的研究进展。指出钒的萃取视钒在溶液中的存在形态不同来选择,在硫酸介质中,萃取钒常用的萃取剂有P204,N1923,TOA,N263等。在盐酸介质中常用的萃取剂是TBP,季铵盐能在碱性溶液中萃取五价钒。指出在萃取钒的过程中,影响萃取率的因素主要有pH值、萃取剂浓度、协萃剂浓度、水相中钒离子的浓度、VA∶VO、萃取级数等。
Abstract: The advances on vanadium extraction with different extraction reagents in various media are reviewed.It is expressed that the choice of extraction reagents is according to the existent form of vanadium in solution,P204,N1923,TOA,N263 etc are commonly used in extracting vanadium from sulfate medium,and TBP is applied to hydrochloric acid medium,and the quaternary ammonium salt can be adopted to extract quinquevalent vanadium from alkaline solution.In extraction process,the factors influencing the extraction rate mostly are pH,the consistence of extraction reagent and synergist,vanadium concentration in aqueous solution,VA:VO,extraction series,etc.
