输出型式对星轮减速器承载能力的影响

摘    要:为了研究输出型式对星轮减速器承载能力的影响,对提高星轮减速器承载能力的有效途径和方法进行研究,分析2种输出型式星轮传动轮系的结构和工作原理,推导其传动比及变位轮齿啮合传动重合度、齿廓干涉检验等计算公式。通过SolidWorks建立2种输出型式星轮传动轮系的三维模型;基于ABAQUS有限元软件,对2种输出型式星轮传动轮系载荷响应特性进行数值仿真和对比分析。研究结果表明:这2种输出型式星轮传动轮系均具备多齿接触弹性啮合传动特性;在同样载荷作用下,星轮减速器采用行星轮输出型时其承载能力比内齿轮输出型的高,其轮齿啮合效果比内齿轮输出型的好。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of output type on the bearing capacity of star wheel reducer and find out the effective ways and methods to improve the bearing capacity of star wheel reducer, the structure and working principle of two output types of star wheel transmission gear trains were analyzed, and the calculation formulas of their transmission ratio,gear tooth meshing transmission coincidence degree and tooth profile interference inspection were derived.Three-dimensional models of two output types of planetary gear trains were established by SolidWorks. Based on ABAQUS finite element software, the numerical simulation and comparative analysis of load response characteristics of two output types of planetary gear trains were carried out. The results show that the two types of output planetary gear trains have multi-tooth contact elastic meshing transmission characteristics.Under the same load, when planetary gear output type is adopted for star gear reducer, its carrying capacity is higher than that of internal gear output type, and its meshing effect of gear teeth is better than that of internal gear output type.
