氯化铵对铝酸锶:铕荧光光谱的影响

摘 要:铝酸锶铕是一种性能优良,应用广泛的荧光材料,它具有绿色长余辉,根据其激发光谱,它能与紫光二极管匹配。氯化铵的添加使发光由绿向红转变,Eu3+(f→f)尖峰出现,氯化铵的添加改变其基质组成,Cl-的引入有利于Eu3+的形成。
Abstract:
Strontium alunminate:europium is a kind of luminescent material with excellent performance and well application.According to its excitation spectrum,it can match violet light-emitting diode.It has great promise that it will apply to white LED.The luminescent of the material is transformed from green to red by addition of the ammonium chloride,the sharp luminescence peak Eu3+(f→f) appears.And the composition of the host is improved by addition of the ammonium chloride,and the existence of the Cl- is favorite to the formation of Eu3+.
