用离子色谱法测定人尿中的草酸

摘 要:本文叙述了一种使用离子色谱技术测定人尿中的草酸的新方法。该方法只需要简单的样品制备:尿样用盐酸酸化,用去离子水按需要稀释,最后通过0.2μm孔径的微孔滤膜过滤就能直接注入离子色谱仪分析。本方法每分析一个尿样仅需10min,在稀释后的尿样中草酸的低检测限为0.1ppm(1.1μmol/l),用标准加入法获得的草酸平均回收率为100.28%。我们使用本方法测定了300多个尿样中的草酸,其线性范围为1~1000ppm,相对标准偏差为4%。本方法可以用于人尿中草酸的直接测定。
Abstract: A new method for determining oxalic acid in human urine by means of ionchromatographic technique is presented in this paper.The technique only requiressample preparation.Urine is acidified with HCl,diluted with de-ionized distilledwater as required,filtered through a 0.2μm pore size millipore filter,and injectedinto an ion chromatograph.It only takes about 10 min.to analyse a sample.Theminimum detection limit of oxalic acid is 0.1ppm(1.1μ mol/l)in the diluted sample.The average recovery of oxalic acid is 100.28% by the method of standard addition.We have used this technique to determine oxalic acid in more than 300 urine samples.The linear range is from 1 to 1000 ppm.It has a relative standard deviation of4%.The technique can be used for direct determination of oxalic acid in humanurine.
