摩擦提升机首绳更换方法

摘    要：摩擦提升机在岩金地下开采矿山应用较普遍。介绍了3种更换摩擦提升机首绳的方法,即用八联绳卡同步更换全部首绳,用专用绳盘同步更换全部首绳,利用2台绞车逐根更换首绳;并对3种首绳更换方法进行了对比分析,指出其优点、缺点和适用场所。值得参考。

Abstract: Friction hoists are widely used in underground gold mines.The paper introduces 3 methods to replace the head ropes of friction hoists,such as synchronizing replacement of all head ropes with an eight-unite rope clamp,synchronizing replacement with a special rope panel and replacing the head ropes one by one with 2 winches.The 3 methods are compared,and their advantages,disadvantages and suitable conditions are concluded.
