采用非水电位滴定法测定TRODAT-1盐酸盐含量

摘    要:建立测定TRODAT-1盐酸盐含量的非水电位滴定方法。通过选择滴定剂及溶剂体系,确定适当的滴定剂和溶剂,增大其滴定终点突跃。研究结果表明:以2 mL冰醋酸加18 mL醋酐为溶剂,高氯酸-冰醋酸标准溶液(0.02 mol/L)为滴定剂,以电位法确定滴定终点为最佳实验条件,样品易溶解,电位突跃大,与使用醋酸汞试液相比,溶液澄清透明,而且减少了汞污染,有利于环境保护。该方法具有较高的准确度与精密度,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.29%;该方法简便、快速、准确,不需贵重精密仪器,适用于TRODAT-1盐酸盐的质量控制。

Abstract: A potentiometric titration method in non-aqueous media was developed for the determination of TRODAT-1 hydrochloride. Optimization of experimental conditions was described. The results show that the procedure is based on the volumetric quantitation of TRODAT-1 hydrochloride in a mixture of 2 mL glacial acetic acid and 18 mL acetic anhydride with 0.02 mol/L perchloric acid-glacial acetic acid, and the end-point of the titration is determined potentiometrically. The method is more environment-friendly than in the presence of acetic mercury. The relative standard deviation (RSD) value is found to be 0.29%, which indicates good precision of the proposed method. Furthermore, this method is simple, rapid, accurate and inexpensive, and it does not require expensive equipment. Therefore, this volumetric method can be incorporated into the routine quality control procedures of TRODAT-1 hydrochloride.
