长江三角洲地区高层住宅建筑空调负荷变化特性调研与分析

摘    要:对2009年6月-2011年2月江苏地区某高层住宅建筑小区地源热泵系统的实时运行数据进行跟踪调查,分析该住宅建筑空调系统连续运行条件下空调负荷的全年变化特性:夏季和冬季空调总负荷最大值分别为34~37 W/m2和36~39 W/m2;人均新风量为45 m3/(h·人)条件下的新风最大负荷分别约为25和24 W/m2;夏季和冬季累计空调总负荷比值为0.47:0.53。认为这2年实测数据的研究结果可为长江三角洲地区类似住宅建筑空调系统的优化设计与节能运行控制提供基础数据参考。

Abstract:

Investigation and analysis of operation data from Jun. 2009 to Feb. 2011 of the air conditioning system about a high-rise residential district located in Yangtze River region was conducted. The results show the change characteristics of annual air conditioning load of residential building: the maximum air conditioning load is 34-37 W/m2 in summer and 37-39 W/m2 in winter, among which fresh air load is about 25 W/m2 in summer, 24 W/m2 in winter if the per capita fresh air is 45 m3/h; the ratios of accumulative load in summer and winter throughout the year are about 47% and 53%, respectively. The investigation result can provide the basic reference data for optimization design of air conditioning system and energy saving operation control of the similar residential buildings in Yangtze River Delta region.
