卷取及连续退火温度对含钒烘烤硬化钢性能的影响

摘 要:利用盐浴炉在实验室进行模拟连续退火,研究了不同退火温度及卷取处理对含钒烘烤硬化钢性能的影响。结果表明,卷取处理对含钒烘烤硬化钢的性能影响显著。未经卷取处理的烘烤硬化钢,随退火温度的升高,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和n值下降;经过卷取处理的则与之相反。此外,随退火温度的升高,两种钢的BH值均表现出先升高后降低的规律。
Abstract: Influence of continuous annealing temperature and coiling on properties of bake-hardening steels containing vanadium was studied by using salt-bath furnace for simulating continuous annealing in the laboratory. It showed that the effect of coiling on bake-hardening steels containing vanadium was remarkable. For the steel without coiling, its tensile strength, yield strength and the value of n increased with the increase of the annealing temperature. But the steel with coiling reverse. In addition, the value of BH of both steels firstly increased then decreased with the rise of continuous annealing temperature.
