摘 要:研究了在Ni-20Cr合金粉中添加质量分数为20%MoS2,通过热压法制备得到的高温自润滑材料的摩擦学特性.结果表明:在高温摩擦过程中,材料中的硫化物共晶体是主要的润滑组元;材料与淬火W18Cr4V和YJ2对偶时的摩擦因数随着温度变化有所不同,但是磨损率都是随着温度升高而增大的,其高温下磨损形式主要为磨粒磨损;YJ2硬质合金表面生成的氧化物对材料减摩性能有很大影响.
Abstract: The tribological characteristics of a high-temperature self-lubricating material, which is made from Ni-20Cr and 20% powders by hot pressing, are studied in detail. It shows that: sulfide eutectics are the major lubricants during high-temperature friction process; friction coefficients are different andwearrates increase as temperature rises due to different matches; oxides formed on the surface of YJ2 hardmetal have great effects on the anti-friction performances.
