热声热机板叠式回热器结构数值计算

摘    要:将热声热机板叠式回热器气体通道看成矩形导管,对回热器结构进行数值计算。通过声波导管理论的推导,对微型热声热机回热器板叠尺寸进行研究,利用高次波在气体通道衰减原理,计算回热器板叠纵向长度。研究结果表明:50 kHz的热声热机回热器板叠最小横向长度为3.43 mm;横向长度为3.43 mm的板叠对于频率分别为20,30,40 kHz的3种声源的最佳纵向长度分别为5.9,6.0和6.4 mm,最佳纵向长度随声源频率的降低而减小。

Abstract: The structure of flat-plate regenerator in thermoacoustic engine was calculated with gas channel in regenerator as a rectangular ducting. Based on the derivation of waveguide theory, the structure of regenerator of the microminiature thermoacoustic engine was investigated. The portrait length of the plates was calculated utilizing attenuation principle of higher-order mode wave. The results show that the least transverse size of regenerator in thermoacoustic engine is obtained; for the 50 kHz thermoacoustic engine, the transverse length of the plates is less than 3.43 mm. For the plate with transverse length of 3.43 mm, the portrait lengths in three kinds of acoustic source with frequency of 20, 30, 40 kHz are 5.9, 6.0 and 6.4 mm, respectively, and the portrait length decreases with the decrease of frequency of the acoustic source.
