摘    要:以硫铁矿烧渣为原料制备钾铁蓝。硫铁矿烧渣与硫酸反应得到含Fe3+溶液,在此溶液中加入机械活化硫铁矿还原Fe3+得到绿矾。按照绿矾和亚铁氰化钾的量比为1.15∶1.00,将100 g/L的绿矾溶液加入到100 g/L的亚铁氰化钾溶液中, 70℃反应, 100℃热煮1 h后,加入50%的硫酸溶液酸煮2 h,再加入10%的氯酸钾溶液70℃氧化3 h,经过滤、洗涤、干燥、研磨得到符合GB 1860—88国家标准的钾铁蓝产品。研究结果表明:所得钾铁蓝产品的吸油量为0.430 mL/g,总铁含量为32.53%,其化学式为K0.266Fe0.294[Fe(CN)6]0.287·nH2O,钾铁蓝为大小 均匀的柱状颗粒,粒径小于200 nm。

Abstract: Potassium iron blue of high quality was prepared from pyrite cinders. The solution containing Fe3+was obtained after pyrite cinders reacted with sulfuric acid. Copperas was produced after Fe3+ was reduced by mechanically activated pyrite which was added into the Fe3+ solution. According to molar ratio 1.15∶1.00 of copperas to K4Fe(CN)6, 100 g/L copperas solution was added into 100 g/L K4Fe(CN)6 solution at 70℃, so that the white slurry was produced, which was heated at 100℃for 1 h. Then 50% sulfuric acid was put into the slurry and heated at 100℃ for 2 h. The blue precipitate was obtained after 10% KClO3 solution was added into the white slurry oxidizing at 70℃for 3 h. Potassium iron blue possessed the quality of China standard GB1860 88 after the blue precipitate was filtrated, washed, dried and ground. The results show that, the oil absorption value of potassium iron blue sample is 0.430 mL/g, and its total iron content is 32.53%.Chemical formula of the potassium iron blue sample is K0.266Fe0.294[Fe(CN) 6]0.287·nH2O. The potassium iron blue particle is even, in pole form and smaller than 200 nm.
