全断面钻进岩石破碎过程的功能消耗

摘 要:全断面钻进时,滚刀给岩石的输入功主要以裂缝表面能、破碎表面能、再压固能、热能和弹性应变能等方式消耗掉。研究这些能耗的量值及分配率,有助于发现提高岩石破碎能量利用率的途径。例如,再压固模拟实验揭示,消耗于已碎岩粉再压固的能量,竟占输入功的10—20%。尽管再压固过程是不可避免的,应当通过改善刀具设计等途径减少其压固量,从而使这部分能量应用于岩石破碎。
Abstract: The energy input from a button or disc cutter for full-face boring is mainly consumed with crack surface nergy,cutting surface energy,recon-solidation energy,heat energy,elastic deformaton energy,etc.The investi-gation of hese kinds of energy consumption and their distribution will helpimprove the use of energy input.For example,the esults of confined com-pression test using rock powder,simulating the reconsolidation process ofrock ragmentation,demonstrate that the energy absorption is the order of10—20% to total energy input.In spite of the nevitability of rock powderreconsolidation,the amount of reconsolidation should be decreased by im-proving the utter esign etc.,so as to increase the energy for effectiverock fragmentation.
