摘 要:本文阐明了粉末粒度及其组成,绝缘量、稳定化工艺参数及负温度系数合金参量对α影响的规律。确定了最佳配比方案和工艺制度。使磁粉芯的α值小于200×10-6/℃(-10℃—+80℃)。
Abstract: A rule that some factors such as powder particle size and its distribution, weight prercentage of insulating agent, stabilizing process parameters and alloy parameter with negative temperature coefficient influence α value has been elucidated in this paper. An optimum compounded plan and processing conditions have been obtained. The α value of magnetic powder core was made less than 200×10-6/℃ (-10℃—+80℃), Q>45 (50kHz), μ>150Gs/Oe
