摘    要:本文报道了用离子交换法从含铝的碱性废液中提取铝的研究结果.为了筛选树脂,测定了穿透曲线与交换容量,并重点对201×4树脂进行了研究,用Doulah和Jafar的方法对穿透曲线进行了解析,并计算了传质参数.在此基础上讨论了过程的动力学,根据传质参数与交换容量的解析,发现过程在动力学与热力学上均处于不利地位.因而得出结论:用离子交换法从碱性溶液中回收铝是不经济的.

Abstract: This work reports the study of aluminium extraction from an alkaline liquid containing alumin-ium ion with anion exchange resin. The breakthrough curve and exchange capacity have been investi-gated. The investigation was focused on 201×4 resin. The analysis of breakthrough curves and calculation of mass transfer parameters have been done with Doulah's and Jafar's method. On thisbasis process kinetics was discussed. Acoording to the analysis of transfer parameters and exchangecapacity, it has been found that kinetics or thermodynamics of the process wasn't favorable. Thuswe come to the conclusion that it is uneconomic to recover aluminium from an alkaline liquidthrough ion exchange.
