普通凝固Mg-Zn-Y系合金组织

摘    要:采用普通凝固技术在Mg-Zn-Y合金中制备出稳定态准晶相Mg30Zn60Y10。通过光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱分析仪、扫描电镜和透射电镜显微分析技术,确定准晶的组织、相成分及结构。研究结果表明:由于合金成分不同,导致基体组织不同并使准晶的形貌、分布、数量等存在差异;随Y含量的增加,准晶相含量逐渐增加,分布逐渐均匀化,且形貌发生较大变化;当Y含量(摩尔分数)小于3%时,基体组织为Mg7Zn3;当Y含量达到3.5%时,基体为组织MgZn。

Abstract: Stable icosahedral Mg30Zn60Y10 quasicrystals were obtained using common casting technique. The microstructures and phases of the as-cast Mg-Zn-Y alloys were investigated by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray diffractrometry (XRD) and transmitted electron spectrometer (TEM). The constituent phases were identified by XRD and quasicrystal structure was identified by TEM. The alloys with different components form different matrix and the quasicrystals have different micro morphologies, amounts and distributing. The results show that the contents and the distributing leveling of quasicrystals were improved, the micro morphologies variou with the increase of yttrium’s contents. When the mole fraction of yttrium is added up to 3.5%, the matrix structure changes to MgZn from Mg7Zn3.
