摘    要:以铅锌烧结过程的优化控制为背景,建立了铅锌烧结过程的烧穿点预测模型、综合透气性预测模型、综合工况预测模型,得到了烧结过程的优化控制的目标函数.采用模糊专家规则进行烧结过程状态控制,同时采用聚类搜索混沌遗传算法获得最优的操作参数,从而实现了铅锌烧结过程的在线实时集成优化控制.提出了智能集成优化控制系统,解决了多输入多输出复杂工业过程的控制问题.

Abstract: Based on the optimization control of lead-zinc sintering process, the predictive model of burn-though point, the composite status predictive model and the composite permeability model were proposed, and the object function optimization control in the sintering process was deduced. The integrated optimization control techniques include the fuzzy expert rules to optimize the sintering conditions, the genetic algorithm of cluster searching and chaotic optimization to optimize the operation parameters. The integrated modeling methods and the operation optimization algorithm provide a better way to resolve the problem of control for the complex multiple input-output industrial process.
