重塑土冻融过程中水分迁移试验研究

摘    要:为了定量研究重塑土中水分在冻融过程中的迁移,借助XT5405B型高低温冻融循环试验箱、DT615数字采集系统和T型热电偶等试验仪器,组成一套室内水分迁移试验装置。试验在几何尺寸、实验环境等相同的条件下,改变初始含水量或温度模式,研究单个因素对水分迁移的影响。通过试验观察裂缝现象、水分积聚现象、冻结后含冰不均匀现象等结果,对冻融过程中进行温度场以及冻融前后含水量的变化进行分析。研究结果表明:土样冻结后在试样中间会出现含水量明显增大的土层,出现的位置受初始含水量的影响不明显,受控温模式影响较明显;土中水的冻结温度与含水量有关;继续融化到设定位置后,在融冻界面处会出现水分积聚的土层,初始含水量越大,水分积聚现象越明显等。

Abstract: In order to quantitatively research the water migration in remoulded soil during freezing and thawing process, a set of indoor test device was used, including high-low temperature XT5405B type freeze-thaw cycle test cases, DT615 digital sampled system and T-shape thermocouple. Initial water content and temperature mode with the same circumstance were changed to determine the influence on water migration of single factor. In the experiment, crack phenomenon, water accumulation and ice unevenly distribution were observed. Based on these phenomenon, the temperature field during freezing and thawing process and water content before and after frozen-thaw process were analysed. The results show that water content in the middle part of the soil sample increases evidently, the height is not sensitive to initial water content but influenced significantly by temperature mode. Freezing temperature of water is related to water content. Water accumulates on the ice surface during thawing process and it is more obvious with larger initial water content.
