摘    要:针对多金属结核和富钴结壳的不同特点,提出采用自催化还原氨浸工艺来处理这2种矿的合并冶炼新思路,并开展浸出探索性实验。实验结果表明:镍、钴和铜的浸出率分别可达94.02%,86.65%和93.63%。开展多金属结核和富钴结壳的合并冶炼研究,有助于未来商业开发时减少工厂投资,降低风险。

Abstract: According to different characteristics of polymetallic nodules and cobalt-rich crusts, a new metallurgy process was introduced for both ores by self-catalysis reduction ammonia leaching, and exploratory leaching experiment was carried out. The results show that the leaching rates of nickel, cobalt and copper are up to 94.02%, 86.65% and 93.63%, respectively. The merger metallurgy process can help reduce investment and risk in future business development.
