包钢低氟烧结矿矿物组成和显微结构的改善

摘 要:对包钢低氟烧结矿矿物组成和显微结构进行了研究.烧结试验结果表明,硼泥对改善包钢烧结矿矿物组成和显微结构有较明显的效果,氧化催化剂效果更明显,促使铁酸钙大量生成,烧结矿中铁酸钙含量从15%~20%提高到34%~39%.
Abstract: The mineral composition of the lower flourine sinter and microstructure is studied in Baotou Iron and Steel Company. The results show that boron mud has obvious effect on improving the sinters mineral composition and microstructure, but oxidation catalytic agent has more obvious effect than boron mud, which can promote the calcium ferrite to form, make the composite of sinters calcium ferrite increased from 15%~20% to 34%~39%.
