基于降雨量等级指数法的公路水毁预警预报

摘    要:基于降雨量等级指数法,在对一定区域进行公路水毁环境区划的基础上,综合考虑地质环境因素和人类工程活动影响及历史经验,建立公路水毁预警预报模型,确定不同流域单元预警等级。最后,运用所建预警模型对浙江省龙泉市岩樟溪流域公路水毁发生的可能性进行判断。研究结果表明:该模型结构简单,操作方便,效果良好,具备一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract: A warning model was set up based on the introduction of rainfall rating index method and environmental regionalization of certain areas, taking into comprehensive consideration the geological environmental factors and human engineering activities to determine the unit warning rate of different river basis. At last, with application of the warning model, a judgment on possibility of highway flood damage of Yanzhang Creek in Zhejiang Longquan was made. The results prove that the model is effective, which has simple structure, easy operation and engineering application value.
