采用电阻层析成像技术分析硫酸钡结晶行为

摘    要:采用电阻层析成像技术(ERT)测量结晶反应器内横截面的电导率变化,研究硫酸钡的结晶行为。建立溶液电导率采集系统,并对电导率数据进行在线分析,对不同浓度的氯化钡、硫酸钠溶液进行间歇实验,实时检测均相硫酸钡溶液反应结晶过程中电导率的变化情况。并对结晶过程中的电导率变化曲线进行分析。研究结果表明:结晶过程可分为诱导阶段、成核控制阶段、生长控制阶段。硫酸钡的间歇结晶反应主要在10~15 min内完成,并且随着溶液浓度的增加,诱导期明显减短,成核控制时间变短,对晶体生长过程的影响不大。采用电阻层析技术(ERT)研究硫酸钡结晶行为的方法具有较高的灵敏度。

Abstract: The barium sulfate crystallization behavior was researched by measuring the solution conductivity changes with electrical resistance tomography (ERT). A conductivity measuring device was established, for the reaction of barium chloride and sodium sulfate in different concentration solutions, the change of conductivity in the process of homogeneous barium sulfate crystallization in real-time was detected. The conductivity change curve was analyzed. The results show that the crystallization process can be divided into induced stages, the nucleation stage and growth stage. The batch crystallization reaction of barium sulfate is mainly completed in 10-15 min, the nucleation control time is shortened significantly, and it has little effect on the crystal growth process, with the increase of solution concentration. Using electrical resistance tomography to study barium sulfate crystallization behavior has a high sensitivity.
