摘    要:本文研究了微量杂质铅和铋对粉末冶金奥氏体不锈钢(AISI 316L)热塑性的影响。发现铅和铋对粉末不锈钢的有害效果与对相应的传统不锈钢的效果相类似。当铅含量超过20ppm 或铋含量超过6ppm 后,钢的热塑性就明显地降低。铅和铋两者都明显地增加试样高温拉伸时沿晶间断裂的倾向。

Abstract:

An investigation has been carried out in order to determine the effect of the residual elements lead and bismuth on the hot ductility of powder austenitic stainless steel 316L.The steel samples contained different amounts of Pb (from 14 to 81 ppm) or Bi (from 6 to 25 ppm) and were produced by the following powder metallurgical (P/M) route:powder production by the rotary electrode process,powder encapsulation,cold isostatic pressing, hot isostatic pressing and hot extrusion.

Hot ductility was studied by means of hot tensile testing.It was found that the negative effects of Pb and Bi on the hot ductility of P/M- steels were quite similar to those observed in the corresponding convention- ally produced steels.A content of more than 20 ppm Pb or 6 ppm Bi in the steels resulted in a pronounced decrease in hot ductility.Both Pb and Bi increased the tendency to intercrystalline fracture during hot tensile testing.
