亚硫酸对紫硫镍铁矿浮选作用的研究

摘 要:本文介绍了亚硫酸对紫硫镍铁矿的浮选作用及对金川难选贫镍矿的试验结果。从各类型矿石浮选动力学研究所获得的速度模式(ε/t=κε+b)发现:亚硫酸显著地活化紫硫镍铁矿的浮选,并为各行线矿样浮选结果呈现的规律性所证实,回收率可提高8~15%。沉降试验查明矿浆有絮凝现象,亚硫酸对金川贫镍矿有显著的抗絮分散效能。这主要是亚硫酸对蛇纹石(主要脉石矿物)起作用的结果。试验初步证实,亚硫酸活化紫硫镍铁矿的机理可用下式表示:(Ni,Fe)3S4]2Fe(OH)3+2H2SO3→(Ni,Fe)3S4]+2Fe2+SO22-+SO42-+5H2O难选混合矿样(含镍0.58%)使用亚硫酸的最终试验获得品位为3.75%Ni,回收率65.4%的精矿,超过了美国同类型矿石选矿厂的指标,达到了“全国科技发展规划重点项目(草案)”规定的1985年的指标。此外,低浓度SO2气体吸收试验表明,利用冶炼厂废气用水吸收生产亚硫酸是可能的。
Abstract: This paper in brief describes the action of sulphurous acid with violariteflotation and the test results of a low—grade tough nickel ore at Jin Chuan.From the flotation rate model(ε/t=b—Kε)obtained through a kinetic study onvarious ore samples,sulphurcus acid is found markably effective to activateviolarite flotation,as proved by a general role appeared on the flotationresults of samples taken from different geological prospecting lines,in general,the nickel recovery can be raised up to a range of 8—15%.In addition,aset of settling curves reveals that there occurs aphenomenon of flocculationin the JinChuan nickel ore pulp,and sulphurous acid behaves a particulareffect of anti-flocculation and dispersion,because of and only because of aresponse to serpentine(a predominant gangue mineral).Based on experimental analysis tested,a tentative activation mechanismof sulphurous acid with violarite is primarily considered to be expressedpossibly as:(Ni,Fe)3S4]2Fe(OH)3+2H2SO3→(Ni,Fe)3S4](Solid)(liquid)(Solid)+2Fe2++SO32-+SO42-+5H2O(liquid)The final test on a low-grade tough composite ore sample(0.58%Ni)yields a concentrate with a grade of 3.75% and recovery 65.40%,thusexceeding the metallurgical results of the Duluth mill(U.S.A.)treating sametype of nickel ore.
