摘    要:从热力学上估算了W-Cu二元系中液相,bcc(W),fcc(Cu)的相互作用参数,并计算了其相图。应用所估算的参数,结合Kaufman等人提供的W-Ni,Cu-Ni系热力学数据,计算了W-Ni-Cu三元系1100℃,1200℃,1300℃,1400℃,1480℃,1500℃,1600℃时bcc(W)/fcc(Cu,Ni),bcc(W)/liq。两组相平衡,作出了相应温度下的等温截面图,并由它们构筑了该三元系合理的立体示意图。计算结果与实验结果吻合很好。

Abstract: The interaction parameters for liquid,bcc (W),and fcc (Cu) phases in the W-Cu system were estimated,ILiq=140000-26.60T,Ibcc=80000,Ifcc=120000-26.60T (J/mol),where T is temperature (K).The phase diagram of the W-Cu system was also evaluated with peritectic reaction at 1083.8℃.Using the estimated para-meters together with other thermodynamic data relevant to the W-Ni and Cu-Ni systems,the phase equilibria between bcc (W) and fcc,as well as between bcc (W) and liquid in the W-Ni-Cu system at 1100,1200,1300,1400,1480,1500,and 1600℃ were calculated thermodynamically.The isothermal sections at the above tem-peratures were constructed,and the schematic stereo phase diagram of this system was also made reasonably.The calculated results are in good agreement with expe-riment ones.
