溶浸作用下稀土矿力学弱化规律研究

摘    要:为探寻不同浸矿时间下稀土矿强度弱化规律,借助自制的模拟浸矿装置,对不同浸矿时间后的矿样进行直剪试验,探讨溶浸液对矿体强度的作用规律,揭示浸矿时间对黏聚力和内摩擦角的影响机制。研究结果表明:不同浸矿时间后的稀土矿对应着不同的剪切强度,并存在剪应力峰值,在相同正应力条件下,矿块剪应力峰值与浸矿时间呈负相关变化,并分别建立了浸矿时间与黏聚力和内摩擦角的关系模型;随着浸矿时间增长,稀土矿在溶浸液的渗流和应力耦合因素的作用下,改变了矿体空间结构,减弱了矿物间的黏结强度,致使矿体抗剪强度弱化。

Abstract: In order to explore the strength weakening characteristics of rare earth ore during different leaching time, with the aid of self-made simulated leaching device, the direct shear test was carried out on the ore samples after different leaching time, and the effect of leaching solution on the strength of ore body was discussed, and the mechanism of influence of leaching time on cohesive force and internal friction angle was revealed. The results show that the rare earth ore after different leaching time corresponds to different shear strength, and there is a peak shear stress. Under the same normal stress conditions, the peak shear stress of the ore block is negatively correlated with the leaching time, and the relationship model of the leaching time with the cohesive force and the internal friction angle is established respectively. With the increase of the leaching time, the mineral space structure is changed and the bond strength between minerals is weakened and the shear strength of the ore body is weakened by the effect of the coupling factors such as percolation and stress of the leaching solution.
