基于主成分分析的高炉用天然块矿性能评价

摘    要:针对目前对于天然块矿评价体系存在的不足,提出一种新的基于主成分分析的天然块矿的评价方法。采用不同的实验方法对6种天然块矿的性能进行检测,综合考虑天然块矿的化学成分、还原性,热爆裂性,熔滴性能等18个性能指标,采用主成分分析的方法,提取3个主成分指标作为新的综合特性指标。3个主成分指标分别为综合品位特性指标F1,综合高温特性指标F2和综合中温特性指标F3,同时对3个指标的物理意义进行解释。并依据3个新的综合特性提出天然块矿综合性能评价模型,对6种天然块矿进行综合性能评价排序,评价结果与传统天然块矿评价方法所得结果比较,基本一致;新的综合特性指标不仅减少对天然块矿评价指标的数量,且综合特性指标之间相互独立,避免指标之间的重叠,更加直观。

Abstract: A novel method was proposed based on the principle component analysis (PCA) to evaluate the performance of lump ores charged into blast furnace due to the deficient of the evaluation of the lump ores at present. The characteristic properties of the 6 different lump ores were detected with different experimental methods. Then three principal component indexes were picked up as the new comprehensive index with PCA method considering the properties of chemical composition, reduction, decrepitation and the like. The 3 principle component indexes were defined as comprehensive grade characteristic index F1, comprehensive high temperature characteristic index F2 and comprehensive middle temperature characteristic index F3 respectively and the explanation of the physical meaning of them were also given. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation model was proposed based on the 3 new comprehensive indexes for the lump ores. The 6 different lump ores were ranked by the comprehensive evaluation model and the results are the same as the traditional evaluation method of the lump ores. The new comprehensive indexes were not only decrease the number of evaluation index but also are independent from each other, which avoids the overlaps of the indexes.
