快速凝固铝锂合金的显微组织与力学性能

摘 要：本文采用快速凝固技术制备了Al-2.28Li-1.77Cu-0.98Mg-0.13Zr合金.研究了这种合金在不同热处理条件下的力学性能和显微组织.结果表明:选择合适的固溶温度,既能使单相固溶体的均匀化和过饱和程度得到改善,又能控制晶粒大小;采用合适的时效温度和时间,能够有效地控制δ’(Al3Li)和S’(Al2CuMg)等相的沉淀行为,从而使合金获得最佳的力学性能.文中讨论了合金热处理工艺参数、组织和性能之间的关系.
Abstract: An Al-2. 28Li-1. 77Cu-0. 98Mg-0. 13Zr alloy was prepared using/apid solidification techniqueand microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy have been investigated by tensile testing andtransmission electron microscopy in various heat treated conditions. The paper has discussed the effectof solution treated temperatures, aging temperatures and time on microstructure and mechanical properties.
