摘    要:通过极化曲线分析、XRD物相分析、扫描电镜形貌观察、微分区成分分析以及力学性能测试等,研究ZAT10合金在自来水、3.5% NaCl溶液(模拟海水)中不同温度下的腐蚀行为以及力学性能的变化。研究结果表明:ZAT10合金在自来水、3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀受均匀腐蚀和局部晶间腐蚀的共同作用,自来水中的抗腐蚀性能较好,温度升高时抗腐蚀能力下降,腐蚀严重;ZAT10在自来水中的表面腐蚀产物以Zn5(OH)8CO3·nH2O为主,3.5% NaCl溶液中的表面腐蚀产物以Zn(OH)2和ZnO为主;腐蚀后的样品力学性能急剧下降,3.5% NaCl溶液中样品的抗拉强度下降的幅度与速率均比自来水中的大。

Abstract: The corrosion behavior and mechanical properties of ZAT10 alloy in tap water and 3.5% NaCl solution at different temperatures were investigated by polarization curve, XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the corrosion of ZAT10 alloy contains general corrosion and intergranular corrosion in tap water and 3.5% NaCl solution. The alloy has better corrosion resistance characteristics in tap water. When the temperature increases, the corrosion resistance of ZAT10 alloy decreases and the corrosion is serious. The oxidized layer in tap water and 3.5% NaCl solution is mainly Zn5(OH)8CO3·nH2O, and Zn(OH)2 and ZnO, respectively. The mechanical properties of corroded alloy decrease sharply, and the extent decrease and velocity of the tensile strength are greater in 3.5% NaCl solution than those in water.
