某难浸银精矿强化浸出试验研究

摘 要:针对某难浸银精矿铜含量高,嵌布特性复杂,常规I艺浸出率低的特点,提出石灰+硫酸铵预处理-一段不磨-二段再磨强化浸出工艺,并对强化浸出机理进行了研究试验结果表明在不增加磨矿成本和氰化物用量的条件下,该工艺能获得74 %以上的浸出率,比现场指标提高了9%,具有实际指导意义。
Abstract: According to the features of a certain refractory silver concentrate, such as high copper content, complex embedding station, low rate of conventional technology leaching, this paper proposes the leaching process of ammonium sulfate pretreatment -leaching slag-grinding-free at the first stage-grinding at the second leaching stage, and studies the intensification leaching mechanism .The test result indicates that this process can get the leaching rate of more than 74 % without increasing grinding cost and cyanide consumption, which is 9 % higher than the site index with practical significance.
