盐湖新型镁水泥的放热特性和力学性能

摘    要:采用美国TAM Air热导式等温微量热仪对比研究热解镁水泥和传统镁水泥的水化放热规律,并分析其强度发展规律。结果表明:由水氯镁石部分热解直接制备的镁水泥具有放热量大、放热速率快和强度低等缺点,主要是由热解产物中无水氯化镁的溶解热造成的。掺入10%的粉煤灰和1%磷酸二氢钙之后,第2大放热峰延迟至20 h左右才出现,且24 h的总放热量较改性前降低30%,同时浆体28 d的抗压强度从15.00 MPa提高到53.07 MPa。采用部分热解工艺把水氯镁石热解成具有一定配比的氧化镁和氯化镁的混合物,再通过掺入一定比例的粉煤灰和磷酸盐能制备出性能良好的盐湖新型镁水泥,改变传统镁水泥的制备方法,提高水氯镁石的利用效率,为盐湖地区提供一种高强的镁水泥材料。

Abstract: The hydration characteristics of thermal decomposition magnesium oxychloride cement (TD-MOC) and traditional magnesium oxychloride cement (T-MOC) were studied by eight-channel micro-calorimeter (TAM Air 8) and the compressive strength and flexural strength of the TD-MOC and T-MOC were analysed. The results show that the TD-MOC has a large amount of heat release and a high rate of heat release and low strengths owing to the large dissolution heat of anhydrous magnesium chloride of the thermal decomposition products of bischofite. After 10% fly ash and 1% monocalcium phosphate are added, the time of maximum heat release rate is delayed by 20 h and the 24 h total quantity of heat is lowed by 30%, while the compressive strength increases from 15.00 MPa to 53.07 MPa. A type of good performance salt lake thermal decomposition magnesium oxychloride cement can be prepared using bischofite by partial thermal decomposition technology, which need add some proportional fly ash and monocalcium phosphate. The preparation method of tradional magnesium oxychloride cement is innovational and the availability of bischofite is improved, which offers a new style and high strength MOC to salt lake region.
