黑药在方铝矿浮选过程中的分布与浮选效果──药剂分布流程图的研究与应用

摘    要：通过对方铅矿浮选过程中25号黑药用量和分布状况的研究,建立了黑药分布平衡流程图.发现黑药虽有68%～80%吸附在矿物表面上,但因吸附的黑药随着充气搅拌不断脱落.仅能以17%～23%的吸附状态进入泡沫产品.用药剂分布平衡流程图能指导合理用药.

Abstract: The aerofloat quantity and quality distribution flowsheet was established by a series of studies on aerofloat distribution behaviours in the flotation process of galena. Also, its reasonable application was analyzed and discussed. The results showed that dithiophosphate at 68%~80% was adsorbeded on mineral surface in galena flotation, but only 25%~28% of that came into foam products. And with the proceeding of flotation dithiophosphate adsorbed on mineral surface can be disaffiliated and disassembled to pulp.
