摘    要:本文用118℃水蒸气51h的短期加速腐蚀试验方法研究了Zn-Al二元合金的晶间腐蚀问题。结果表明,除了在5%Al,19%Al左右存在有两个低耐蚀性成分区之外,在35%Al左右还存在有日本林清讃等人未曾发现的第三个低耐蚀性成分区。通过X射线衍射,电子显微镜分析,对合金发生晶间腐蚀的机理等问题进行了讨论,对实验现象给出了解释。

Abstract: Intergranular corrosion problems are investigated in cast Zn-Al binary alloyswith a short-term accelerative corrosion method i.e.in steam at 118℃ for 51 hoursin this work.Experimental results show that the eutectic alloy and the alloy con-taining abont 190%Al have the lowest resistance to intergranular corrosion.In addi-tion,there is a third composition range,near 35%Al,having a lower corrosionresistance,which was not found by Ching-Tsan Lin.The mechanism of intergranularcorrosion in Zn-Al alloys and some other problems are examined with the aid ofx-ray diffraction instrument and scanning electronic microscope.Experimentalresults are explained.
