摘    要：本文在对柱齿钎头进行系统受力分析的基础上,分析了柱齿钎头的断齿和碎齿机理,得出了与实际情况相吻合的结论。并同时探讨了解决柱齿折断与碎裂问题的有效措施,特别是研究采用了铜粉和铜套固齿的新方法,认为能较为有效地解决柱齿钎头的断齿和碎齿问题。

Abstract: In the present paper, the fracture mechanism of bit buttons is analysed, and efficient measuremerits for reducing the fracture rate, especially the new techniques of button holding with either copper powder or copper sleeve, are suggested and tested. It is possible for these methods to reduce the fracture rate of bit buttons.
