基于电场中心线的ECT灵敏度矩阵计算

摘    要:电容层析成像(ECT)因其时间分辨率高的优势在两相流在线测量中获得广泛应用。然而,ECT固有的软场特性严重制约ECT系统的成像质量。为改进在线成像质量,类比CT中投影矩阵的计算,基于电场中心线的概念提出一种估算灵敏度矩阵的方法。利用两相流检测实验验证该方法的可行性。研究结果表明:该方法估算的灵敏度矩阵可用于两相流在线监测,且明显提高敏感场中间区域的空间分辨率。

Abstract: Electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) was widely applied to online measurement of two-phase flows due to its high temporal resolution. However, the so-called “soft field effect” has seriously limited the imaging quality of ECT systems. To improve the quality of online imaging, the sensitivity matrix was calculated based on the concepts of electrical field center lines by referring to the generation of projection matrix used in computed tomography (CT). The proposed method was examined by experiment of two phase flow visualization, which demonstrates that the generated sensitivity matrix is suitable for online monitoring of two-phase flow and improves the spatial resolution at the central region of the sensitivity field.
