摘    要：本文从调查、探索弧齿接手损坏的规律性特征入手,通过对驱动系统的工业试验及力能参数的测定、分析,揭示了轮齿过早胶合损坏的原因,指出了设计和运转中存在的问题。最后针对现代薄带热连轧机弧齿接手的运行特点,提出了防止弧齿接手胶合的有效措施。

Abstract: Based on a careful investigation and searching in the faulty properties ofgear spindal,By means of industrial test on driving system and the parametersof force and energy were determined and analysed,the cause of early damagefor teeth,meanwhile the problems in design and operation are pointed out.At last as to the operating feature of gear spindal in modern thin belt hot-rolling mills an effective approach for preventing the teeth surface scoring arepresented.
