静止液态金属中气泡上升过程实验研究

摘    要:为了研究液态金属中气泡流行为,采用X射线显影技术对镓铟锡合金中氩气泡浮升过程气泡直径、上升速度、纵横比进行测量与分析。研究结果表明:气泡直径随气体流量增加而增大,采用DAVIDSON等的关联式预测的气泡直径比实验值小,采用修正的IGUCHI等关联式所得预测值比实验值大,采用原始的IGUCHI等经验关联式所得预测值与实验值几乎相同,该经验关联式可作为预测液态金属中气泡直径的经验公式;采用SCHILLER等关联式预测的气泡滑移速度随气泡直径增大而呈线性增大,且预测值远大于实验值,GRACE等关联式所得的预测值与实验值相吻合,ISHII等关联式与TOMIYAMA等关联式所得的预测结果几乎相同,且预测值略大于实验值,这些经验关联式可用于预测液态金属中的气泡滑移速度。基于韦伯数We的MOORE,TAYLOR等以及LIU等经验关联式预测的纵横比小于实验值,而WELLEK等关联式所得的预测值与实验值非常吻合;基于Ta(Ta=ReMo0.23,其中,Re为雷诺数,Mo为莫顿数)的TADAKI等、FAN等以及LIU等经验关联式预测的纵横比均小于实验值。

Abstract: In order to study the bubble flow in liquid metals, X-ray radiography measurements were conducted to measure and analyze the diameter, rising velocity, and aspect ratio of argon gas bubbles in the gallium indium tin alloy during the floating process. The results show that the bubble diameter increases with the increase of the gas flow rate. The diameter predicted by the correlation of DAVIDSON et al is smaller than the experimental data, and the value predicted by the modified correlation of IGUCHI et al is larger than the experimental data. The value predicted by the correlation of IGUCHI et al is almost the same as the experimental data, which can be used as an empirical formular for predicting the bubble diameter. The bubble slip velocity predicted by the correlation of SCHILLER et al increases linearly with the increase of bubble diameter, and the predicted value is much larger than the experimental data. The predicted value of GRACE et al correlation is consistent with the experimental data. The predicted results of the correlations by ISHII et al and TOMIYAMA et al are almost the same, and the predicted value is slightly larger than the experimental data. These empirical correlations can be used to predict the bubble slip velocity. The aspect ratio predicted by empirical correlations of MOORE, TAYLOR et al and LIU et al based on We is less than the experimental value, while the predicted value by WELLEK et al correlation is very consistent with the experimental data. The aspect ratios predicted by empirical correlations of TADAKI et al, FAN et al and LIU et al, which is based on Ta(Ta=ReMo0.23), are all lower than the experimental data.
