曝气吹脱预处理渗滤液影响因素的中试研究

摘    要:为保证垃圾渗滤液与城市污水合并处理时污水厂的生物处理工艺正常运行,采取预处理措施降低渗滤液的高氨氮浓度,以前期实验室小试为基础,针对曝气吹脱工艺,在重庆市涪陵区污水处理厂进行中试研究,考察pH、吹脱时间、气液比和温度对吹脱效率的影响,并通过经济分析确定各因素较佳的取值范围。研究结果表明:pH、吹脱时间、气液比和温度对曝气吹脱预处理垃圾渗滤液的吹脱效率影响显著;经综合考虑,取pH为10.25~11.75,曝气吹脱时间≤4 h,气液体积比为400~1 200,渗滤液水温为10~15 ℃。

Abstract: In order to keep a proper biological process on operating properly and reduce the concentration of ammonia nitration with pretreatment measures when leachate is received by wastewater treatment plant and treated with domestic water together, a pilot study was conducted to examine the influence of pH,stripping time, gas-liquid ratio and temperature on nitrogen removal rate of ammonia stripping process in wastewater treatment plant in Fuling District of Chongqing City. And meanwhile, the better value range of each factor was decided by economic analysis. The results show that the influence of each factor on nitrogen removal rate is remarkable. The better range of pH, stripping time, gas-liquid volume ratio and temperature are 10.25-11.75, ≤4 h, 400-1 200, 10-15 ℃, respectively according to the technical and economic analysis.
