焙烧条件对钛磁铁矿球团还原特性影响的初步研究

摘 要:钛磁铁矿球团在氧化,中性和磁化气氛中焙烧后作了定温还原实验。研究了焙烧气氛和温度对球团的固结形式、抗压强度、还原速度和还原前后表观结构的影响,并用未反应核模型分析了不同焙烧球团的还原动力学。
Abstract: The samples of titanomagnetite pellets roasted separately in air, nitrogen or CO - CO2 gasious mixture ((CO) / (CO2) = (10) / (90)) at temperatures in the range 950 - 1150℃ were reduced in gas mixture fluid consisting of 60%H2 and 40%CO at 900 and 1100℃ in order to study the characteristics of the various roasted pel- lets such as bonding forms in mineralogy, compression strength, reduction rate and apparent structure change. The laboratory oxperiment results indieate that the magnetizing roasting pellet possesses higher strength during reduction though its compression strength at ordinary temperature is lower than that of the pre- oxidized pellet. The one-interface unreacted-core model was applied to the ana- lysis of the reduction kinetics of these samples. It was found that under the same conditions the specific reduction rate of the magnetizing roasting pellet was almost the same as that of the pre-oxidized pellet, but it far exceeded that of the neutral roasting pellet. Changes in volume and porosity of all kinds of pel- lets were discussed in the attempt to explain the difference of strength and reduc- tivity of the samples.
