分体式锚杆加固边坡设计及应用

摘    要:为了提高全长注浆型锚杆在地层中的锚固效率,改善锚杆在滑面两侧的应力集中现象,提出一种新型分体式锚杆。介绍分体式锚杆的结构组成和技术特点,在确定最优锚固单元长度的基础上,提出分体式锚杆加固边坡的设计方法,包括锚固力计算、锚筋选取、锚固总长度计算、锚固单元长度选取以及外锚结构选取等。将该方法应用于国道G214线某公路边坡病害加固工程设计中,并采用数值模拟方法研究分体式锚杆的受力机制。研究结果表明:边坡变形在分体式锚杆的加固下逐渐趋于收敛,坡体病害得到根治,从而验证了设计方法的有效性。

Abstract: In order to deal with the bond stress concentration and greatly improve the efficiency of conventional anchor, a new type of anchor named split type anchor system was proposed. The characteristics of the split type anchor system were introduced. Special attention was paid to determining the optimum length of bonding elements. Thus, a new design method for split type anchor system for slope stabilization was proposed that includes details about calculating of anchor force, selecting the diameter of steel, estimating the length of anchoring, evaluating the length of bond element and designing the outer bearing pads. The application of the method to a slope along G214 in Qinghai province, China was described and load transfer mechanism was captured by numerical simulation. The results show that slope movement effectively ceased as a result of the slope stabilization measure, which verifies the effectiveness of the design method.
