摘    要:本文研究中把黄铁矿具有良好硫化钠诱导可浮性的特性应用于湖南某多金属矿石中钼、铋、铁硫化矿的浮选分离.小型闭路试验结果明显高于全浮和等可浮流程的指标,消除了铋中矿,产出了合格硫精矿.该新技术称之为黄铁矿硫化钠诱导优先浮选.同全浮和等可浮工艺流程相比,还具有流程结构简单,药剂成本较低的优点.

Abstract: The good Na2S-induced flotation behavior of pyrite was applied into the flotation separation of a sulphide ore containing Mo,Bi and Fe.This new method is called the differential Na2S-induced flotation flowsheet of pyrite.The laboratory scale closed-circuit flotation tests of the ore showed that the results by the new flowsheet are much higher than those by the conventional bulk flotation and iso-flotation flowsheets.Also,the new flowsheet has advantage over the conventional flowsheets in both operation simplicity and reagent cost inexpensivness.The hydrometallurgical Bi middling is produced in the conventional flowsheets,but not in the new flowsheet.The high quality sulphur concentrate is produced in the new flowsheet,but not in the conventional flowsheets.
