轨道车辆用永磁同步电机系统效率优化智能集成控制研究

摘    要:为提高轨道车辆用永磁同步电机(PMSM)系统在稳态下的效率,将智能控制技术与转矩补偿相结合,提出一种适用于轨道车辆用PMSM系统的效率优化智能集成寻优控制策略。在搜索的前半程采用模糊逻辑自适应地调节直轴电流分量效率的优化方法,自适应地调整步长,解决转矩波动问题;在搜索的后半程采用黄金分割法搜索,以加速搜索过程,提高收敛性;在整个过程中,引入转矩校正方案,在调节励磁电流的过程中,实时地补偿转矩电流,以解决转矩的脉动问题,保证系统动态和静态性能。针对100 kW的轨道车辆用永磁同步电动机开发了基于TMS320LF2407A DSP的效率优化智能集成控制系统。实验结果证明了本策略的有效性。

Abstract: To improve the steady state efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motor system for rail vehicles,the online intelligent integrated optimal control strategy for PMSM efficiency optimization was presented. The intelligent integrated control technology and torque compensation method were combined in the system. The method of using adaptive fuzzy logic to adjust direct-axis current was adopted in the first half search period, and the torque fluctuations were reduced using the adaptive step size. The golden section search method was adopted in the next half search period to speed up the search process and improve its convergence. In the whole process, the torque correction program was introduced to compensate for the torque current in real time and resolve the torque pulsation problem in the regulation process of the excitation current. The dynamic and static performances of the system were improved. A 100 kW PMSM efficiency optimization intelligent integrated control system was implemented using a TMS320LF2407A DSP. The validity of the proposed strategy was proved by experimental results.
