铋系超导相形成反应动力学(Ⅰ)──低温相形成反应

摘 要:在样品的X射线分析和化学动力学基础上,研究了2201及2212超导相形成的动力学曲线与方程,论证了前者是后者形成的主体,指出了总反应表观活化能是控制超导相形成的主要因素。
Abstract: Based on the results of X-ray diffraction measurement and the theory of chemical kinet-ics,the kinetic curve and equation were established for 2201 and 2212 phase respectlvely in Bi-based superconductor.It is elaborated that the two superconducting phases are formed byconsecutive reactions,and the former is successively the main reactant for the latter。
